Storage Best Practices

Lyophilized peptides: refrigerate at 2–8°C, or freeze at −20°C for extended shelf life. Reconstituted: refrigerate only, use within 30–60 days. Never expose to direct light or repeated temperature cycling.

Reconstitution Protocol

1. Allow vial to reach room temperature. 2. Wipe stopper with alcohol swab. 3. Draw bacteriostatic water into syringe. 4. Inject slowly down the vial wall. 5. Swirl gently until fully dissolved. 6. Refrigerate immediately.

Bacteriostatic Water

Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol — preserves reconstituted peptides for up to 28 days at 2–8°C. Always use rather than plain sterile water unless protocol specifies otherwise.
